    USAP req.'s

So for my class I need to total 1135 without gaining more than 15 lbs body weight.

    Bench max:2x5 185
    Squat max:3x5 360
    Deadlift:?

help on determining my 1 rep maxes for those? well the Bench and Squat at least? I will find out deadlift 5 rep max tomorow.

*anyone live in 77573 area code? lol i need a WO buddy to spot so i can find these out

don't have a spotter anymore since austin went to aTm...i'll see what i can do.

oh and question. do you think its more likely to stay between 181 and 198 and get 1135 totals
    or
drop to 165-181 and get 1065 totals?

without knowing much more, i'd guess 225 on the bench, 440 on squat- that would mean you'd need a (1135 - 665)= 475 DL. if you dropped a weight class you'd gain 70lbs on your total, but that has its own considerations, like cutting effectively, retaining strength, making weight... and given you are nursing a hurt back... how far away is your meet, and what did get on you 5RM DL?

its on you man but you have to agree to the ethics agreement of lifting in a regulated division.

well i'll assess it at that time....i'm taking a natty test booster so i wouldn't consider it like a PH like roids or anything.
however i'm not going to lie when i sign it so if i have broken the agreement then i won't compete

if 185 is your dl but your squatting in the 4's your technique has probly gone horribly wrong. Im no elite by any sense of the word, but i can DL in the low 4's and my squat relitively sucks. Deads are a simple lift but technical in thier own right.

1100 totals are pretty high when your only benching low 2's too. I'd focus on bench more (see where your are DLing also) and try to boost that in order for you too reach your goals, so your not stuck having to rely on your squat to carry all your totals

guys in WABDL in teens (18-19) were puttin up mids 3's bench and mid 5's DL. Thats serious competition. But the way i look at it, you've got a goal and something to work forward too. You can only get better dood
