Hey guys, I'm going to be starting my 30 day Power Chews log next Sunday (hopefully the product will be shipped in by then). I will be using Power Chews creatine, glutamine, and Pre Workout and sticking to a CKD diet throughout the log.

Current Stats:
Weight: 230 (16% BF)
Height: 6'4
Bench Press: 275x2
Squats: 315x8 (Haven't been doing squats recently due to a knee injury during my last cycle but it is now 100% recovered so hopefully I'll make some gains in squats)
Deadlifts: 435x5
Dumb Bell Military Press: 90x8

Diet:
2,800 Calories
62% fat
32% protein
6% carbs

Meal 1:
6 Boiled eggs
1 Scoop protein
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 flax seed oil pills
2 fish oil pills

Meal 2:
4 pieces of bacon
2 cups of spinach
1 table spoon chunky blue cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Meal 3:
Great Value Almonds
4 pieces of bacon
Power Chews Pre workout

Meal 4 Post workout:
1 scoop of nu tek protein
Power chews glutamine
Power Chews creatine
Power chews BCAAs

Meal 5: post workout
2 cups of spinach
Chicken breast
1 table spoon blue cheese

Meal 6: pre bed
Nu tek protein
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 flax seed
2 fish oils

Workout:
I will be starting DC training next Monday and will continue it throughout the log.

Goals:
Increase Strength on Squats and Bench Press
Be able to Barbell curl 135x8
Lean out a little bit
Stick to the diet 100%

I'll try to update the log everyday or every workout at least. Follow along guys, some great things will be achieved in this thread :)

The UPS man came yesterday morning but I slept through him knocking on the door lol, so I'm going to start the log tomorrow when I pick up the supplements from the post office.

Day 1

Got my supplements in today! Hit DC workout for the first time so the weight is pretty low since im trying to figure out the weight for my working sets etc. I took the Power Chews Pre workout at about 2:30 and by 3 Pm I was pumped and ready to go to the gym, but I didn't feel too cracked out like I do with some of these other pre workouts with tons of caffeine in em which is good.

This is also day 1 of my Power Chews creatine Load up. Im going to take 4 servings of it a day for the first 5 days then maintain with one serving per day.

Day 2

Sorry guys didnt get a chance to update the log yesterday but heres the post for yesterday. I did cardio and abs, even though I hate doing cardio/abs I completely killed it in the gym. Did 40 min of medium intensity cardio and a lot of weighted abs. Im currently on day 2 of the creatine loading phase (16 chews/day).
I love this product due to the fact that I dont have to waste my time measuring out the creatine, mixing it in water, then trying to chug it because of the awful taste. PowerChews are so convenient!

OH YEAH! Did DC again today, and I'm loving this workout routine. My muscles are so sore and pumped after each workout. Currently on day 3 of the loading phase for Power Chews Creatine. Took the pre workout again today and it gave me a nice mental focus and pump.

And the pre workout is perfectly balanced. The last preworkout product I used was Hemo-Rage by Nutrex and that thing just makes me feel soooo cracked out and jittery, even after i come back from the gym. PowerChews preworkout on the other hand gives me a nice boost for my weightlifting without the cracked out feeling, the dosing of ingredients in it is perfect!

And all the PowerChews products taste like candy, so its pretty nice to eat (especially on my keto diet where I NEVER get to eat carbs).

Day 5 & 6

Took Friday off because I was still super sore from doing DC on Monday. I finished my creatine load up and now I am going to be taking the maintenance dose for the next 30 days or so. Carbed up yesterday and today and I'm up 10 pounds lol. I'm already starting to look a lot fuller from the creatine :)

Sunday was my off day but I didnt get a chance to update the log. I'm already looking a lot fuller and weighing a lot more from the creatine! Did a super carb up yesterday. Had a very nice and relaxing off day/cheat day/lazy day.

I love DC training too! I had some of the best strength/muscle gains doing that while pulsing Epi a couple years ago. Best of luck!

Abs/Cardio day! Did some outside cardio ran 2 miles and got some much needed sun. Did weighted abs and some oblique work. Took half a serving of Power Chews Pre Workout and it was the perfect amount to get through my cardio day.

Nice Flys my man. That's the type of weight Beast does on Flat & Incline Flys ;)

Today was cardio and abs day. I added in EC Stack a few days ago to help me get rid of the extra belly fat. This summer I plan on doing a 6 week recomp cycle of helladrol and I will definitely be using the power chews bcaa's and glutamine for my cycle, and the power chews creatine for pct.

Im gonna update the last 5 days of the log because I went back home from college but forgot my charger for my laptop :( I'll also post a final review and final pics. Overall I made great gains off power chews and plan on using more in the future for my upcoming helladrol/beastdrol/thermaderm super cycle!
