I don't claim expertship, don't even have (luckily) ever consumed steroids, however - EVERY sticky on the subject of PCT
emphasizes to have Nolva/Tamox on hand.

And that A.I. should not be used. So our Napao spents a whole lot of cash on in the end useless pc supps.
 
Ok, first thanks for your answers!

You're right, this PCT is really expensive (120-130$) but it's my first cycle so i would do the things right.
If someone could advise me fot a good PCT, i will very happy!
(Sorry for my english, i hope you will understand everything!)
 
I don't get why people get so hostile on this board when people are coming to people in the know looking for help.

Napao, I am far, far from an expert, but I think if you look at some of the other postings you'll see that tamox/clomid is a good idea to have on hand. Perhaps I am incrorrect with the OTC's, but that's what I would do.
