B6, ived used it at 300mgs for a wk. A wouldnt recomend longterm B6 use, but it does increase protein synthesis among other things. I would go with P5P, safer does the same thing. i dont remember the conversion since i use Nolva for prolactin as described in the thread i linked, but i sure either someone will chime in, or you can find it somewhere.
