| Registered User | this means will I build up a resistance to the drug so that next time I need it for pct (even if I am planning on using torem next time around) it will still work. Or possibly taking it at 10mg a day for a month will cause a huge estrogen rebound once I go off the nolva... causing delayed gyno. |

| Registered User | I've never heard of building up a tolerance to SERM's, i dont even see how that would be possible. And rebound off of Nolva isnt really a huge concern, especailly at 10mg's. Rebound is more a concern when taking an AI. |

| Gold Member | As a general rule, SERMs are used in medicine for MALES when one complains of pain/extreme tenderness in the breast area. No real approved (properly controlled etc) medical studies that I have seen (nor my doctor, which I trust 100%) have shown any SERMs to reduce gyno once you've gotten it. Remember, SERMs are for pain/extreme tenderness, not to reduce gyno once it has started. |
