My plan is run a 4 weeks PCT after my phera cycle(4 weeks too)

phera- 20/20/30/20, on my phera cycle i add proviron to maintain my libido up(im on mu forth week and my libido stay up...and my testo is really shut down..90 hehehe)

PCT:
1week 100mg clomid 20mg nolva(40mg nolva day 1 and 2)
2week 50mg clomid 20mg nolva
3 week 20mg nolva
3 week 20mg nolva

i add a test booster and zma supp before bed too....
but man... what time of the day i take my clomid and my nolva dose???? all before bed?? 2 caps of clomid and 2 caps of nolva before bed???

maybe i add a proviron to maintain my libido up...i read that proviron dont affect pct....only maintain my libido up...

just be consistant with what time you take the SERM's each day...the halflife is so long that it really shouldn't matter what time you take them. (I think the half life for Nolva is about a week)

hmmmm.... yes, i know that hehehe but i have other questions man... i see dr. D in other posts.... saying about a pct like...100mg clomid 75 mg clomid, 50mg clomid and 25mg clomid... man...its too cheap.... in brazil 10caps of 50mg clomid cost about 18Reais(11Dolars) and 30caps 20mg nolvadex 58reais(38Dolars)

i need the safe(more safe = little dosage/ little dosage = more cheap) and more effective dose....
