question regarding PCT
Hey there, just up to the 4th week of my pct for Epidrol.
So far so good, nice and smooth recovery.

Quick question regarding PCT.. for my 6oxo I'm doing

Weeks 4-7
6-oxo 300/200/100
Now do i take all 300mg's at one time or spread it out over the day?

All 300 at the same time, before you go to bed. Directions are on the label ...

Good shtufff.... i, personally, tho, wud recommend using nolva or clomid anyways along with the natural stuff for ur pct, just to be safe..

I used that protocol for a Bold/Phera/Trena (19nor) cycle which left my total test at 7 (normal 250-1100)!

After 31 days my test was back to 452! I made this protocol for those that wish to use an OTC alternative to Nolva, clomid, Torem, ralox, etc ...

I wouldn't mind seeing more supplement brand recommendations. Also, is the bottle guidelines good enough or is their a dosing protocol?

It really is dependent on the cycle. I pretty use PCS(4 caps/day)/I3C(400-600mgs/day)/ZMA(3 caps at bedtime) as a base and go from there ...

Is STOKED! interchangeable with PCS?
