Epistane to help with pct?

I have a question about epistance being used to help pct, im pretty shutdown from running x mass at 120mg a day(stupidly did that i did not know better) but now im much more educated on everything. so my question is could i run epistane at 10mg or maybe 20 mg a day to jump start everything then on my last week of epistane start sustain aplha, then post cycle support and/or stoked for my reg. pct

thanks for the help guys

you don't want to run another steroid (epistane), it'll just make you more shutdown.

this is what I put together for someone in another thread earlier today with about the same situation:

...

technically, after a period of time your body should start to rebound...you've given it some time and obviously it hasn't yet. I'm not sure if there is less potential for full recovery the longer you are shutdown. there are probably some people on this forum that can better answer that question.

personally, this is what I would do:
everyday = ED

week1:
-Nolva 40 ED
-3 6-OXO ED
-Activate extreme at rec dosage

week2:
-Nolva 40 ED
-3 6-OXO ED
-Activate extreme at rec dosage

week3:
-Nolva 20 ED
-6 6-OXO ED
-Activate extreme at rec dosage

week4:
-Nolva 20 ED
-6 6-OXO ED
-Activate extreme at rec dosage

I would also consider desiel test hardcore as a replacement for the Activate extreme...get whatever is easiest to get.

as I told the guy in the other thread, if you really think you're shutdown then you should see your doctor. Tell your doc what you took and get them to run some blood tests so that you can really get what you need.

if you don't want to see your doctor then what I put together should get you back to normal...don't count on an over the counter PCT to get you back to normal after being shutdown though!!! I bet sustain and PCS are great products for mild cycles but...

also, stay off the sauce for a few years! :hammer:

yea i agree with you, i already have DTH on hand so im going to use that instead of the activate xtreme unless theres one that better out of the two, but anywaise thanks for thelp bro i appreciate it

keep us posted on your recovery and feel free to PM me if you need anything or have any questions!

But what? I used an OTC PCT protocol that brought me back from a total test count of 7 to 422 in 31 days. That is about as shutdown as you can get and a 600% rise in test is pretty good for OTC products. That would be good for SERMs too!

OP, being 19 you should definitely stay away from roids for several years.

I think you will be fine with Nolva dosed at 40/20/20/10 more is not better as it has a long halflife and will stay in your system a long time after you are done using it. Use the AI and DTH and you'll be feeling better in about 10 days ...

yea it was one of those dumb mistakes i made before i was educated on nutrition/supplements. what otc pct did you use just wondering because in the new Muscle and Body mag i saw an add for a product called optimaleRX and says its a natural solution to restoring and reblancing male hormones, iv never heard or seen of this product so was a bit intereseted heres the link if you want to check it out.

could you post your OTC PCT

dmangiarelli is a rep for Anabolic Innovations, they make a product called Post Cycle Support that is designed to be used as PCT. I have used it standalone (not for PCT) and it's a great product!

sorry dmangiarelli, I just wanted to point him toward the proven method (IMO)...I love your products but I'm not sold that it will replace a SERM when you're completely shutdown...there's a reason why most of the people on here still go through all the trouble of getting SERM's, and that's because they do the trick.

let me elaborate more...I'm not going to point anyone towards something that hasn't worked for me. until I run a cycle and run PCS for PCT I can't tell others to use it...I'm only comfortable giving advice based on what I know works for me.

I'm in the middle of a cycle, maybe I'll give PCS a try subbing my nolva for PCS.

That's cool Rob, I have no problem with people using SERMs. I have used them in the past. Some people, for whatever their reason, don't know how to get a SERM, are scared of them or whatever need an alternative. I did about 1 year of research on getting your HPTA back to homeostasis and came up with an overall protocol. It includes Post Cycle Support but it also includes a lot of other products from other companies. Read the OTC PCT Guide and you will plainly see that it is not a blatant push for Post Cycle Support although it is the base of the PCT. Primordial Performance - Dermacrine Sustain would also work in place of PCS.

Read it and look at the information that is contained in there. It is a solid PCT. But don't knock it until you have tried it. I would feel comfortable using that PCT for SD which I will later this year. I used it for a Bold/P-Plex/Trena cycle earlier this year and it worked great.

ok, so I decided to bite the bullet...just ordered some PCS; I'm going to try it in my PCT so that I can evaluate its effectiveness.

I hope you AI reps appreciate it
