accelerated muscle recovery question

I think I'm really starting to feel my test E cycle kicking in now. I'm totally in the mood to go hit up the gym for some benching and cable work, but, I just did that 2 days ago and don't want to hinder my growth. Do you think while on Test E you can work the same muscle groups every other day and still properly grow? I know steroids speed up the recovery process, but I'd hate to diminish my results by over working.

I am not a fictitious character. I save roleplay for D&D. My sole purpose in our encounters isn't purely for your entertainment. That said, I'm also not a licensed medical professional, nor am I any sort of expert in anything illicit. Read, learn, grow along with me, I encourage that; But first, you have to get real.

If your putting up the same weight, or more, when you go in to the gym, your muscles are healed. Just because their sore doesnt mean that they need longer to heal, and on a similar note just because their not sore doesnt mean that you can go right back to the weights.

I would go try it out, if your in tune with your body, you'll be able to tell if you need more time off or not. If you do, just hit another bodypart, or cardio, theres never a wasted day in the gym, always something you can work on.

Man Law: Unless you weigh 3 times your height in inches, you shouldnt be doing steroids.

Very good answer. That is exactly what I would do. I know guys that will do the same body parts two days in a row sometimes when on. I don't think I would ever do that unless it was lighter weight, but usually when I am on I like to do heavy weight.
