Mild Nolva dosage

Hi there,
I was wondering if any of you have had success or know how low Nolva can be run effectively for mild compounds like Epi and H-drol?

Can you run these like 10/10/10/10 Or dosages round there?
Maybe 20/10 or something like that?

i wouldnt go down to 10-10-10-10, but i think that 20-20-20-20 or even 20-20-10-10 would be sufficient for a mild cycle. . .

If you want to low dose it, 20mg for 6 weeks to be safe. In 4 you might still have some extra estro floating around, or you could do 4 wk 20mg, then do 2-3 wk AI.

low dosages of nolva still makes it just as effective as a higher dosage and it will be safer, i would run it for 6 weeks 20-20-20-10-10-10

i agree 100% that 6 weeks is too long. 20/20/10/10 would be perfect for an epi or h-drol cycle. i did 40,40,40,20,20,20,20/20/10/10 and i ran a phera/SD brdge cycle. i feel fantastic and i only have 2 more days of the tamox left at 10mg. if you'd like to be safe and are worried about "extra estro floating around," run an AI for 4 weeks AFTER PCT. to be sure that no rebound occurs, ramp up the dose for 2 weeks, then taper it back down. simple and solid IMO. SERM's are being abused and overused these days. more is NOT always better. and tamox is NOT the greatest at restoring your HPTA. clomid is king in that respect. for my upcoming cycle in a few months i will be running torem at 90/90/60/30 with clomid at 50mg every night before bed for the first 2 weeks. this should be my best PCT yet. again, simple and solid IMO.
