    Gyno Prevention

Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me out.

I did a cycle of Havoc, ended Sunday and started PCT Monday. The last few days i was on Havoc I noticed my nipples were a little puffy and my nipples are always hard, but there isnt a lump underneath or anything. Well it is now Thursday and my nipples are the same way maybe a little less sensative but they kinda hurt.

    My PCT is as follows:
    Nolva 40mg 1-3 30mg3-7 20mg7-14 10mg14-24 10mg21-28
    AI PCS
    AI On Cycle
    DS Lean Xtreme

My Questions are, what else should I add into PCT to stop this and is this gyno?

if you were starting to get gyno flair up then I would have guessed that a few days of nolva would have kicked it in the butt... (I would guess that you've been running your nolva for about 5 days now)

if you pinch your nip a little bit does a clear liquid come out...lactating?

No liquid comes out when I pinch them, it just hurts.
Yeah this is gonna be my fifth day of Nolva, and there still like this.

if your PCT hasn't killed this off and you're still worried about it then I would try taking some p-5-p, this might be a prolactin issue.

I doubt you have gyno, letro and caber are last resorts.

letro will help with gyno, caber will help with prolactin. p-5-p is cheap!!! (and legal/easy to get)

p-5-p is what vitamin b6 converts to in the liver.

...but seriously, don't be afraid to search for the answers rather than ask!

there is pleanty of info on p-5-p (along with most other things) in the forum and using google. We're all here to help but not to do all your research for you.

gyno is not considered "gyno" if its only lactating..ive been prone to gyno and it haunts me with everything yet i have never lactated(though i know of several who have)

wat does are you running the nolva at??

depending on the compound you're taking the symptoms can be caused by prolactin...prolactin can cause lactating and is treated differently than gyno. Thats why I asked (typical PCT focuses on estrogen and won't help with issues regarding prolactin)

products like phera are known to cause prolactin based issues.
