Started my PCT for an EPI cycle and I have used powerfull b4 during my PCt b4 and now on the bottle it is saying to use for 5 days followed by 2 days off then back on. This must be new b/c I havent seen it b4. For pct situations only have people been following that protocol or dosing everyday?

that recommendation is simply so that you get the ful benefits of the compound and your body doesn't get "used to it." just like anything else, if you take it every single day, you build a tolerance and more of the compound is required to maintain the desired affect.
