Liquid Tamox Questions

So in my Pct for a 4 week Ed Cycle of Epi, What do you recomend for the best dosing of this? I was thAlso, do i split it up during the day? Oh and one more thing, This stuff smells crap. I'm assuming its supposed to be drank lol. So what do you guys mix it with so it doesnt taste like shite?

ok so i just found this

Tamoxifen (Nolvadex):
Reputation: Most popular SERM for PCT
Pros: Cheap. Effective for gyno prevention.
Cons: Heptatoxicity. Studies have shown it to lower IGF levels (I don't feel like citing, but it's about 20% decrease...IMO no biggie).
Popular Dosage (for a 4-week cycle): 40/40/20/20
Note: Tamoxifen Citrate is less potent, and should be dosed at an extra 30%.

that answer some of my questions. I do have the Liquid tamox citrate. Should should i dose 60,40,20,20,? Since it needs to be doesed 30% stronger? Also what do you guys drink with this?

some say 40,40,20,20...... and some say 20,20,20,20

Should i spread that out throughout the day? LIke for instance on my 40 days do 20 at wake up (7am) and 20 at like 5pm or something like that?

I'm pretty sure your running POST Cycle Support along with this correct? If so, then just run the nolva (if you even decide to use it...i think i just answered that question in another post ) 40/20/20/20

When i run Nolva i split the 40 dosage into 2, one in the AM the other in the PM, and with the 20 i just take it once in the AM.
