Hey,

I'm running EST's Hema 50mg and Prop 60mg for 4 weeks together with Cycle Support...

I have a PCT planned as follows

Continue with the Cycle Support twice a day plus Nolva

Nolva (Tamoxifen)
Day 1: 60mg
Day 2-11: 40mg
Day 12-21: 20mg

Will that do?

Do I need anything else such as a natural test booster?

PCS will help to boost test as well as adding help with estrogen control plus it's an antioxidant so it will help metabolize and free radicals you produce during intense exercise. I3C is good too to help metabolize estrogen from the body. ZMA is purported to help boost IGF-1 and GH so I used that as well...

I've had a look on the web but it looks like I'm struggling to buy PCS/Stoked here in the UK.

Any suggestions for any similar products that do the same thing but by other manufacturers?
