ok decided on my pct for H drol waht dose for nolva?

Ok after reading and reading post on pct I decided I might just use nolva or have it on hand just in case what do u think is it nesesery to use it and if it is how much should I take

cycle support or perfect cycle
1week hdrol 25mg
2week 50mg
3week 50mg
4week 50mg

Pct
nolva
ax advance pct
retain

what do you think

I was just in another forum in which a guy had dry joints, he didn't say he was doing a cycle.

However, on cycle this could be a huge concern so i'd throw in a high dose of fish oils/omega-3s. Triple the recommended dose. I think 5-10 grams pre and during a cycle would be good IMO, others may have different suggestions.
