Cigarettes and gyno?

Yup, another gyno thread.

So I have a hardish lump under each nipple(which aren't puffy) and I smoked for a few years. I'm just wondering if anyone knew of any link beween cigarettes(let's not get into the whole pot thing) causing or aggravating gyno?

I tried google, but all I could find was stuff on quitting before gyno surgery, which is standard for all plastic surgery.
