i was told p-d-5 is something i could use to lower prolactin levels. im going to be placing a order soon and im wanting to know if 1 bottle will be sufficient or should i get 2?

P-5-P. Get it from nutraplanet. It's about 7 bucks a bottle, and great stuff. It's the more bio-available form of B-6. Don't dose it too high, that won't be good for you.

Why are you worried about prolactin levels? (taking a progestin?)

It was a little funny to me, only because the department that I'm in at work is PD6. Can't blame anyone for getting half this **** wrong or mispelled, though, I have to double check myself everytime I say I3C. Or 3IC? wait.. IC3....no...:frustrate

What does everyone dose p-5-p? evryone says high but not to high. what is the highest dose and times per day?
