Hey Guys,
Sorry if this thread has already been posted. im sure this topic has been discussed 1000 times but after searching for a while i couldnt find the answer i was looking for....

I just ended a 10 week cycle of test-e 500mgs/week. i bought tamoxifen citrate for pct. how long should i wait to start my pct? what other supps do i need to take in order to kick start my natural testosterone.

you can never be to careful when it comes to your natural testosterone levels and endocrine system...... PLEASE HELP

Well wait about 14 days to start PCT from Test E. I would also throw in DHEA, 200,/150/100/50 over a 4 week span. That will increase your libido, well it did for me.
