Time between Cycle and PCT?

My question is pretty simple, but from all my searching I can't seem to find an answer.

I just changed up my Dosage for the havoc cycle I am about to begin to a 20/30/40/40 .

The total amount of milligrams needed to complete the cycle at the aforementioned dosage increase = 910 mg

1 bottle of Havoc w/ 90 capsules @ 10mg per cap = 900 mg total


Day 28 of cycle will be underdosed @ 30 mg due to being 1 pill short. How many hours should I wait after my last dose of havoc before taking my first dose of Liquinolva?

I've read that the half life of the oral's is like 7-8 hr's. PCT could be started the day after the last dose.

yeah, thats what I had heard as well. I guess I will take my nolva at the same time in the a.m. that I would have taken my havoc?
