Gyno? Please Help?

I have had puffy left nipple and underneath it seems a little hard. Its not on my right however. I took trenadrol probably 4 months ago and my left nipple is still puffy and hard underneath. Nothing on my right nipple at all. Just left. Anyone know what I need to take to get rid of this. Like i said, it has been about 4 months and still there. It has to be from trenadrol. And also, it isnt that horrible but puffy around nipple and hard underneath.

Any advice and supplements are appreciated?

Also...I didnt run a good PCT. Just mainly trenadrol and not much support. Stupid i know but please help

I know you probably dont want to, but I would go to the doctor. If not then maybe a SERM would help but someone else might be able to say better then I can.
