Another Havoc PCT/cycle question. Quickies tho.

Ok I'm from bb.com and no one there is really up to it for answering questions on post cycle therapy. It's always search this and that, and i did. But anyway, now I'm looking for the final touches.

I'm going to throw a havoc cycle down in the near future, now I'm gathering supps. and putting my cycle in stone.

DURING CYCLE:

Havoc ( 4 weeks )
days 1-3 10mg /days 4-7 20mg
week 2 20mg
week 3 30mg
week 4 30mg

Cycle support ( pre load 1 week, running till gone )
Am- 1 Scoop
Pm- 1 Scoop

Going to take a multi, whey, and maybe some PW, or DS basic cuts. No creatine as i heard it could make painfull back pumps.

POST CYCLE THERAPY

SERM: Torem

days 1-5 120mg
days 6-21 60mg
days 22-28 30mg

Lean Xtreme ( Running 4 weeks )
Am- 1 tab
4hrs later- 1 tab
Pre Bed/Post WO- 1 tab

Post cycle support ( Running 4 weeks )
Am- 2 tabs
Pm- 2 tabs

-Finishing whatever cycle support is left in the PCT
-Taking whey, multi, pre WO stim, PW, Xtend ( staple supps )

Few hanging questions:

Can I take a creatine during the cycle, or is it still recommended to not take it?

Should I run Diesel Test Hardcore over Post cycle support? Seems that the AI combo for the Havoc cycles is working out nicely.

And should I run Lean Xtreme? Or could that be $30 dollars saved?

Things look solid man. Cycle Support should be loaded 1 week prior to cycle and all the way through pct.

And with Havoc, u might have better results if do 10mg for 1 day...20mg the rest of the week then 20mg for week 2, 30mg week 3, 40mg week 4.

Personally i will be running PCS as a test booster in my upcoming Havoc cycle, but DTH is a good one too. and yes run the lean xtreme
 
Yeah, I agree about the Cycle Support being ran through post cycle therapy. Not sure if you have checked out Nutraplanet for your supps, but you can save 5% on the POST Cycle Support and Cycle Support by using the coupon in my sig.

The Lean Xtreme is not an absolute necessity, but it's nice to have during post cycle therapy. I'm not sure that you need the Lean Xtreme pre-bed though, but I guess it doesn't hurt anything. Cortisol levels peak early in the morning, so one dose upon waking and another four to six hours later will be the best "bang for you buck."

so you think that just two doses in the AM are the best?
 
If I was trying to make a bottle last longer I would take one dose upon waking and another about 4-6 hours later.
 
The reason I suggested that is because cortisol levels peak overnight/early morning. If you're really worried about it then take it as suggested on the label. I was just suggesting an alternative if you were looking to make the bottle last longer.
 
most of the PCT benefits yes. depends too on what time you work out, as you raise cortisol levels during high intensity workouts. so if you do morning workouts, then 1 on waking + 1 after lunch should be all you need.

creatine is toss a coin. if you want to use some the first 2 weeks thats fine, but if you start to notice excessive back pumps then stop.
 
I think the cycle looks TIGHT!

One thing I would suggest is to try keeping the Havoc dosed at 20mg and see how you do. Reason is in a few months you can do another cycle and bump it up to 30, few months later up to 40.

This gives you some where to go. BTW I did an epistane pulse at 20 mg and am over 200lbs and it was GREAT!

To me the you should use the least you can and still get good results. Less stress on the body, your wallet and leaves you room to up the dosages for later.
