How to prepare toremifene citrate powder

My understanding is it is not soluble in water. Can I just mix it in peanut/olive oil and shake it up? Do I need a different type of oil? Do I need to heat the oil?

I'd like it to be 60mg/mL of torem, so I believe I need to use 88.5mg/mL of torem citrate. Someone let me know if this is incorrect.

Toremifene is soluble in ethanol. You can dissolve 30mg/mL in boiling ethanol. I would immagine that if you dissolved 60mg/mL it would precipitate immediately when the ethanol cooled, but I am not sure.
