Do I spread the nolvadex throughout the day or all at once?

I'm going to becoming off a 4wk promagnon cycle and was wondering how should I take the nolvadex? As of right now I have 500mgs of tablets and 50ml of the liquid nolva. I was planning on taking:

wk1-40mg
wk2-30mg
wk3&4- 20mg

So how do I take this? 20mg at a time? In the morning and before bed or what? Thanks for your help.

While I agree with you, the now absent Dr. D said its best to dose at night. Oh well.

So it's alright to take the nolva with the novedex xt? The xt calls to take it at night.
