Buy 10mL vial of bacteriostatic water.
Swab top of water vial with alcohol
Draw up some water
Break off top of HCG ampule
Use needle to squirt water into amp slowly (not too much, keep some water in syringe)
Gently swirl water in amp until white powder dissolves
Use second needle to draw solution out of ampule
Swab top of water vial with alcohol
Use a needle to vent the BW vial.
Inject HCG solution into sterile water vial (not too fast, gently)
Repeat steps 4-8 with remaining water
If any water remains in water syringe, inject into vial
This leaves 5000iu HCG (or whatever you have) in 10mL of solution.
Simple math for dosing at this point. (.5ml for 250iu or 1ml for 500iu)
Now as far as protocols go, I would recommend reading
'Swales HCG protocol'.
This should be used 'on' cycle and stopped prior to PCT.
