Test-E for 12 weeks @ 500mg

I am doing Test-E for 12 weeks at 500mg a week, mon/thurs 250mg injections. I'm taking Nolva for my pct.

I was planning on doing one of the following:

4 weeks Nolva at 40/40/20/20
OR
6 weeks Nolva at 20/20/20/20/20/20

Which one? And when would my first dose be?
 
Start taking 2wks to the day after you last shoot.

Id stick with your first choice of post cycle therapy 40/40/20/20, but nolva does break in half easily so you could try 40/30/20/10.

Toremifene is better if you can get it (runs at different doses to nolva)

Good luck on your cycle, are you running a log?
