If during a cycle you are doing a cut and you dont gain much strength or mass during post cycle will you....

-lose some strength and mass like you would if it were a bulk?

-have to increase food intake to well over maintenance the same as if you did a bulking cycle? I ask because you don't have gains to try and hold on to and it would defeat the purpose of the cut/recomp.

keep your diet the same in PCT as it was on cycle. i see no real reason to change things. it's different with more of a bulking cycle because then you'd typically want to eat more to maintain, but in your case if you didn't gain much and just want to keep your shape i'd just stick to the same diet.

If your feeling some shutdown I'd advise you to atleast raise your calories back to a bit over maintenance (to help fight catabolism). I'd also cut back on the cardio until you're recovered.
