life sucks... PLEASE HELP!!!

i recently did a m-drol cycle (20/20/30) and now and in the third week of my post cycle therapy. i have been taking nolvadex at 40/30/20/10 i am on 20mgs now.

i had previous gyno but nothing too bad my nips have swollen up alot now and when squeezed a clear watery discharge comes out.

i recently just read that nolva after m-drol and induce prolactin gyno.

im really freaking out and have no idea what to do please help...

nolvadex or gaspari novadex xt?

there is really nothing you can do besides just finish out the pct with the nolvadex. you can try and megadose vitamin b6 to take care of prolactin or progesterone (never quite heard which one this method targets...people confuse them). taking vitamin b6 works for some.

you can also get some cabergoline, but it has some questionable (i think...) affects on the heart. if you were to just ride out what you are taking now (assuming its actual nolvadex and not novadex) you should be fine and it should go away by itself.

ive been taking nolva the real ****.

what dosage should i take b6 at?

i was thinking about taking cabergoline or dostinex but if B6 will work thats alot cheaper.
