How do you normally take it? Mix it with something? If so what do yall mix it with? Smells like cleaning chemicals so was wondering how to take it lol

1) Shake bottle
2) Measure out your dose
3) Stick dropper as far back in your throat as possible without hitting your uvula and making you gag.
4) Squeeze
5) Immediately chase the nasty sh1t with some fruit juice. Cranberry works well.

I personally like drinking some OJ after taking my dose. It covers the taste very well. Or, you can put your dose in a small glass and fill with OJ, but then you run the risk of not getting it all out of the glass.
