Hey guys, I know people have covered this before but i need some advice. I got gyno about a year ago with M-Test by not doing PCT...was told M-test didnt need PCT. So it developed and i did a PCT with Nolva 6 months later and it made it much worse and much bigger. It's the size of a acorn behind my left nipple. Thing is i really want to do a cycle again with something like M-test but dont want my gyno to get worse. I heard of "Letro" but dont know if it will even work. Should i get surgery? Is that the best option? Can I do a small 2 week cycle with PCT now and then just get the surgery by winter? Please give me some advice. Thanks everyone for your help and support.
