During post cycle therapy do you slower taper the calories back to maintenance/natural bulking over 4 weeks or keep it the same for the full 4 weeks, then slash down the calories?
I know you need higher than maintenance for sure. But how much higher? The same as on cycle? Lower? If my maintenance was 2750 then would it be like: 3500 on cycle, 3250 (or 3000) PCT, then 3000 afterwards (New mass)?
If this was a full bulk, then I would keep the cals the same till wk4 of pct, then ramp down to matience from there. You dont want to go below matience at all unless your doing a cutter.
