Nubie needs some suggestion

I'm a first timer looking to add a little lean mass, and break through some pesky plateaus that Ive been stuck on for quite some time. I want to stack 1-ad with 4ad for a 4 week cycle, and am wondering how to go about pct. Want do I need, and how to start it. I am familiar with the drugs used for this (what they are and how they work) but dont know what is appropriate for this cycle. Ive been working out for about 8 years, and have been researching this topic for several months. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
