I'm using SAMe in conjunction with Life Support for my next cycle.

My question is would I use 200mg or 400mg daily?

It says right there on the box.. serving size: 2 tablets..amount per serving: 400mg.

I suggest you take it first thing in the morning at least 20min prior to food consumption.

I've seen 400mg amounts that say the same thing. That would equal 800mg. Hence why I asked.

Standard dosage is 400 mg a day.
