soft testicle

I finished a 8 week cycle,before I could start Pct I got the flu pretty bad. It took me about a week and a half to get over it. I noticed my left testicle felt soft and squishey. you can squeeze it in the middle and almost make 2 balls like when you squeeze a ballon in the middle.Almost like becoming hollow.Now I've done many cycles and never really noticed any hypogonadism so I'm kinda freaked out . I'm hoping thats all it is.Can anybody give me some wisdom.THANK YOU

Have you started your PCT or did you just abandon the idea of doing it when you got sick?
