Okay, so after lots of help from various people on the boards here is what I have come up with for my post cycle therapy. This will be taken after a 4 week cycle of Pheradrol/Mega Zol. Let me know if you see anything that looks incorrect.
The Cycle:
Week 1
Pheradrol - 20 mg
Mega Zol - 150 mg
Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support
Multi Pro 32X - 1 per day
Week 2
Pheradrol - 20 mg
Mega Zol - 150 mg

Multi Pro 32X - 1 per day
Week 3
Pheradrol - 30 mg
Mega Zol - 150 mg

Should the nolva and rebound xt be taken with food, or on an empty stomach? Also, should I be taking any fish oils or red yeast rice during PCT? Would creatine help to keep the gains, or do I have enough to not lose my gains as it is?
I am open for any suggestions/feedback. I know this isnt my first thread on the issue, but through the other threads this is what I have come up with. Just wanted to double check with everyone that this is the proper way to go about it!
