Supplement timing for SD/4AD

Is there any typical timing for these two supplements in relation to meals? I'm taking AP and SuperCissus 15 minutes before meal #1 should I take my SD/4AD with those supplements or right before my meal or does it really matter?? Just curious because of how much they stress timing is important with AP. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.
