Nolva... use now or wait???

I just finished a 10-week cycle of TestE and my last inject was today actually.

Now the problem... I noticed a small I mean REALLY fine lump under my right nipple. There is no visual difference between the 2. However, I am not supposed to start the PCT with nolvadex until 2 weeks. And I was going to do 40/40/20/20... My question is, should I start the nolva now or what? And if so, how much would I take?

Need an answer sorta quickly.

Don't take a chance, start Nolva now. Risking gyno is not worth it. If completely goes away then you can lower Nolva dosing until PCT start. Do it now. I recommend 40 to start. You want to stop this as soon as possible.
