How about Nolvadex or Toremifene ? I'd rather use a SERM instead of an AI for my PCT.

I would actually go with Rebound XT

Type 2 AIs such as letro or adex interefere with SERMs and as such you are better to use a type 1 AI such as exemestane or 6-oxo during PCT.

You don't need an AI for PP as your levels will be very low at the inception of post cycle therapy. Here is a little C&P from the good doc:

Using an AI during post cycle therapy, as many advocate, lowers E too much, thereby extending the time of Lipid Profile damage, endothelial dysfunction, and lowered estrogen in neurological tissues (dangerous to cognitive function--permanently). IMPO, estrogen antagonism should be the first line therapy.
