PLZZZ help with a Phera-Plex PCT....

I know that basically Nolvadex and Clomid are known to be the best PCTs out there right now, but I am using what I have. Im doing a Phera-Plex cycle as:

W1: 10mg W2: 20mg W3: 20mg W4:30mg

I have Nolvadex XT and 6-OXO for PCT. Can anyone suggest how to go about supplementing these as my PCT. Please don't flame, I already know that I am going to lose gains and I already know they aren't the best things for PCT. I just need help witht he dosages..... Thanks...

I wouldn't run a PCT with NXT and 6-oxo only.



Here is the rule - you HOLD OFF on a cycle until you have ALL THE SUPPLIES!!!

You don't f*ck around and just run "what you have" or whatever.

So - go get what you need (I perfer Toremifene over nolva) before starting on Phera.

Sorry - but I will flame you for this post. You know what you should get for PCT.
I won't help you "get by" using substandard (at best) PCT products.
 
its not nolvadex xt its NOVEDEX XT completely different! Nolvadex/tamoxifen is a SERM novedex is an AI.. GAH! Why don't you just buy some tamox right now instead of dicking around... AI for PCT is total CRAP! Sorry but I have to flame, if you have the use those for some reason you can't get tamox which is completely and utterly stupid excuse... then go for 3 NXT a day spread even;ly and with a fatty meal and slowly week after week lower the doseage and stop with a months use... not so sure about the 6 oxo never really used it.
 
I guess we flamed him off the board...

Hopefully he doesn't run this cycle as he had planned...
 
I argee an anti-e is needed after a cycle, but does phera-plex really surpress the HPT axis to such a degree that 4 weeks of tamoxifen citrate (40/40/20/20) is needed?

4 weeks of nolva (40/40/20/20) is what most people use as PCT after 10 weeks of test. enth. and deca. After all, Nolva is a quite 'heavy' substance... IMO 2 weeks of nolva (40/20) or if you want to play it safer 3 weeks (40/20/20) is more than enough.

Any thoughts on this?
 
maybe maybe not..but there are general rules of thumb that we all..or hopefully all abide too....have your ancils and PCT in check and on hand BEFORE starting a cycle.....

i mean this dudes only 1 week in so he has time to go buy some stuff, so thast sort of a bonus.

SO to the original poster, go get some nolva..its very easy to get, and I Bet Everyone will tell you that there is fast shipping available.

Luke - if you go w/ Toremifene it's much less "heavy" (or whatever) than Nolva (tamox).

You don't want to f*ck around with gyno or having little to no libidio for weeks. Better safe than sorry IMO (ask Jblaze....).

If you're still reading this you now know that you need a SERM. H19 also made a good point. You'll want to look into something to control/suppress cortisol. Lean Xtreme, Reduce XT, or Retain should do the trick for that (these will help you to keep your gains).
 
Maybe you're being hasty in assuming that he's talking about football...I was a big Trojan fan in college ;)

What would be the dose for Toremifene for this? I've run Nolva but not Torm.

I ran 120 mgs, then 90 mgs, then 60 mgs and then 30 mgs. I think that is a whole bottle.
The blue balls come fast though...
 
Yeah - Dr. D recommended pyrimiding up. I think it's best to wait a week on the RXT though - just let the SERM work on it's own the first week.
 
as for the original question, I will not go into what you need as many people have told you already and you already know what you need. One of our board sponsors carry Nolvadex, Clomid, and Toremifene but you have to find out which one.

I have used 6oxo and if that is what you got i will give you advice, better then letting you go doing whatever with it. take 6 before bed to start. so 6/6/4/2.
