on cycle gyno pretection?

Whats a good on cycle estrogen control for something like pheraplex? I already have gyno and don't want to aggrivate it all too much. I've heard ralox, but should i take an AI instead? Also i've been debating on my post cycle therapy... right now IBE is having a sale so i was thinking maybe Tamox and clomid PCT, or should i go toremifene, torem+clomid... etc. What you guys think?

Post cycle go torm all the way.I have never used phera but i am under the impression that it is rather androgenic,so estro would imo not be an issue.If it still worries u ADEX every 3rd day should be fine.
