Not sure what AIFM is, but I'm assuming it is an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI). If that's the case, then the answer is no.
AI's deactivate the aromatase enzyme, which is used to convert excess testosterone to estrogen. This is pointless during post cycle therapy because you will have very little testosterone and ass-loads of estrogen; thus the likelyhood of test converting to estro is not something of much (if any) concern.
What you will need is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Modulator). Tamoxifen, Clomiphene, and Torremifene are the more popular of the SERMs. These are used to prevent the nasty effects of excessive estrogen, as well as accelerate the stabilization of your sex hormones once again.
