Cardio during PCT?

I remember reading a thread recently on AM in which the majority concurred that cutting during post cycle therapy was idiotic; no argument. However, just wondering about cardio in general while in PCT. Would a couple of 30 minute workouts per week on an elliptical during PCT be detrimental to keeping your gains? Following a 4 week standalone 1-AD cycle, I am using Nolva, Retain and Trib for PCT. Thanks.

I really don't think so. As for our sakes we want to keep cardio at a somewhat low intensity level to prevent catabolism. 30 minutes of cardio at 130bpm is completely great.

Keeping your gains is going to heavily rely on your diet and work in the gym.

I do cardio whether bulking or cutting. It helps maintain a healthy lipid panel and cardiovascular system (plus heart disease runs in the family). I just increase intensity and frequency when cutting.

Agreed...have kept caloric intake the same as when on and have continued to work hard in the gym. I'm a week and a half into post cycle therapy and have lost only 1 pound of the 13 I gained. So far, so good.....
