I didn't really know where else to place this thread so mods feel free to move it as desired.
In order to rid myself of some gyno that I got after a bout with hyperthyroidism I decided to try out the letrozole protocol that is discussed in several threads here.
I really must say it is working exceptionally, much better than the Tamox my doctor prescribed. The problem is that I estimate I have a week to two weeks left to totally get rid of the lump and I am starting to have some side effects. None are really harsh (like acne) however in the morning I have this overwhelming nausea that seems to persist for several hours. I lift in the morning and eat 1 hour pre and a half hour after working out. This morning nausea makes this really difficult to eat, and lift for that matter. Can anyone suggest something to curb this?
