They are basically on the opposite side of the spectrum in terms of goals and are counterproductive to be run at the same time. Next, Tren Ace is better shot ED to maintain stable blood levels and avoid sides, 75mg ED will be fine. The Prop I believe can still be run EOD with no problems.
