Who knows what changes as you get older, but I imagine it has more to do with you genetic number of estrogen receptors.
On the obverse, but interesting reading, is to examine the studies done on estrogen therapy done on men who want to become transexuals.
It provides an interesting insight on just how many men won't grow tits even when exposed to big doses of estrogen intentionally!
