if your 40+ and never had gyno and have tried just about every andro/prohormone/pro steroid out there with the proper PCT, is it a pretty sure thing you wont get it ?

Odds are there but considering how much the body changes I wouldn't risk it. Especially at an age where the test levels change among other things.

Who knows what changes as you get older, but I imagine it has more to do with you genetic number of estrogen receptors.

On the obverse, but interesting reading, is to examine the studies done on estrogen therapy done on men who want to become transexuals.

It provides an interesting insight on just how many men won't grow tits even when exposed to big doses of estrogen intentionally!
