Feeling Catabolic

Hi Guys,

Does anyone ever feel catabolic?

...I mean I know that cortisol is at its highest in the AM and then four hours later, but is there any sensation to catabolism (especially when one is in PCT)?

Not that i'm aware of, no. Other than symptoms over time. I don't believe there is a sensation that tells you that you just crossed over into being catabolic.
