for PCT i'm think of doing 4 weeks

Nolva 40/40/30/20
Rebound Reloaded dose ?
Lean extreme dose ?


currently taking adex, should I continue and use .25 ed or discontinue after cycle...?

how about "Retain" to my PCT as well...will it make a difference?

More nolva bro. 80,60,40,20 I like better.
Discontinue Adex a week before the cycle ends. You must do this.
I've never used ReboundRL, but you can use the minimum dose week 1 and taper it up to the max dose for week 4.

You can start with 4 pills/daily of the LX, I don't think anymore is very efficacious compared to 4. I am not really a fan of that much nolva but you can try it and gauge it for yourself.

I would personally not use an AI in PCT, mainly in the beginning as it tends to KILL libido. Remember estrogen isn't the evil that it seems, it helps you to bulk and retain weight and also aides in increased libido. Rebound Reloaded is a great supp, but save it for week 3, 4 and beyond, in my opinion.

Definitely stop the adex early for the same reason.

^^^ Agreed, but the the Adex should be stopped due to it's suppression not just the potential for negative libido. Most non steroidal AI's are suppressive. At least that is what I have come to understand. Someone correct me if I am mistaken.

steroidal AI's like exemestane can be used in a reverse taper to coincide with the SERM taper if needed. I personally think that exemestane has the best profile of all AI's available.
