PCT... just a couple of quick questions

Hi all... I need clarification on a couple of things. Would appreciate some advice here.

1. is it safe to run with 500mg of test/week for my first cycle. what would happen if i started on 250mg or 350mg? would i still see results?

2. is it necessary to take nolva as well as arimidex for PCT? there are so many guys who swear by nolva for PCT.. but my understanding is that it just blocks estrogen from hitting the receptor site. if i were to take nolva with arimidex, would it be sufficient to take 20mg/day?

3. and finally what dosage of arimidex would you take for PCT

alot will say to clear at least 500mg in a cycle.as a first timer heck,i would say experiement with 300-350mg per week and see how u respond.and then go from there.always best to use as little as possible for ideal results.more is not always better.

nolv/clom seems to be standard for pct but i believe that is going to be taking more of a backseat as torm and other items come out for pct.

Estrogen is a neccessary evil, and not something you would like to obliterate. If you find yourself uncontrollably bloating while on cycle, dose A-Dex, that is what it is for inhibiting aromatose. It is not needed during Post Cycle.
