lactate issue

I got some gyno from a past cycle and started taking nolva a long time ago. Did all the recommended dosages and it stopped the pain but i still have lumps under both nipples and they still lactate. What can be taken to help get rid of this? I have heard a little about vitex but not a whole lot. I have been to my doctor and she wasnt much help. Anyway im getting sick of this problem and have taken nolva for a long time to try and get rid of it and i need another solution. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'll add dostinex to whats mentioned above as it prevent prolactin induced gyno but i'm not sure if it helps after the issue occures
