PCT help after Superdrol cycle

Okay guys I havent decided if how I should do my pct I am on day 19 of sd cycle and I think I am gonna continue for one more week My gains are starting now +7 lbs

I have the following for my PCT

Nolva
Clomid
PCT from ax
Retain
and i also will be using cissus rx during this time if that matters at all

Should i do

Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 50/25/25/25

Oh the other question I have is the nolva/clomid is mixed at Tamoxifen 20mg.)(Clomiphene Citrate 50mg.) per ml x 30ml bottle

so I guess how would I lower the clomid and keep Nolva at 20?

and should I add PCT in the second week?

I would not mix the Nolva and Clomid. There is no need to do it. I usually start with Clomid at the last day of my cycle front loading 300mg. Then, I take 100-150 mgs for the first week. This is especially useful for resolving the testicular shrinkage. Also it provides the advantage of using lower dosages of Nolva for the remaining PCT, which is harsher on the liver than Clomid. After that I switched to Nolva at 40/30/20 for three weeks.
