Nolva question ...

Finishing a 3 week cycle of Ergomax this week with little to no sides. Just a couple quick questions concerning Nolva:

1) Should I go 3 weeks - 40-30-20, or 4 weeks - 40-40-20-20 (or some other combination)?

2) When should I take it, and should I split the dosage?

3) Should I just mix it with a liquid (orange juice or gatorade)?
